MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

 

We offer corporate meditation programs that help employers boost morale, increase productivity, and improve performance, while giving the employees the tools to manage their stress levels, improve their relationships (both professional and personal), and increase focus and concentration – all of which serve to enhance job satisfaction and  motivate your team to perform better.

We believe that meditation has to work for you: it has to – and CAN! - ‘fit’ into your life.  Which is why we also believe that a meditation program has to work for your company – and why we are willing to work with you to come up with a program that is best suited to you – and will ‘fit’ your company. We offer companies the choice to fully pay for the program, or to have employees subsidize a portion of the program.  Programs are tailored to each company objectives, and can be offered on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. All of the options listed below are guidelines – we are willing to work with you to tailor programs to suit you company, and your budget.  

Corporate Meditation Programs

1-hour Introduction to Meditation

A primer on what meditation entails.  We will introduce and talk about various types of meditation, including how to utilize them in our lives.  Discussion will include the effects of stress on our bodies and our lives, and show how meditation can benefit us. 

2-hour Learn-to-Meditate Program

A more comprehensive introduction to meditation. After a discussion of the various types of meditation, and the effects of meditation, participants are taught and practice two meditation techniques during the class.  

Comprehensive Six Week Program

Six 1-hour classes will give participants a comprehensive set of tools to help them manage their stress levels. The first class will discuss the various types of meditation, and introduce the various meditative techniques we will be exploring during the course.  Each of the following four weeks will focus on a single technique – which may include several types of meditation. In every class, participants will be meditating, and will be taught how to integrate and apply the techniques learned to their daily life. The final class will be a review and discussion of experiences through the course, and how it has affected them on both a personal and professional level. We will contact the participants and employers 1-month after the course to follow-up and discuss their progress (and/or challenges).

 

We also offer companies the opportunity to continue the benefits of these meditation programs by providing ongoing monthly (or weekly) classes.  The cost of this will depend on the frequency and number of attendees.  We are available to conduct meditation courses at corporate events, seminars, and conferences.  Please contact us for more information. Should you be interested in any of the above programs, but are uncertain as to employee interest, we are also able to do employee surveys to assess their wants and needs.

Individual Meditation Programs

We offer individuals the chance to learn the wonderful benefits of meditation at reasonable prices.  We can tailor a program to suit your specific needs and goals.  Whether it be to help reduce stress in your life, or to help you attain or achieve other goals, we can teach you meditative techniques that fit your specific situation.
