ABOUT MIRIAM VERHAAR

Pursuing a lifelong interest in emotional and spiritual growth, Miriam has 20+ years of experience in meditation.  She has been practicing Transcendental Meditation since she was a teenager, and has experience in both Zen Buddhist & yogic meditation. Having worked in both the corporate and non-profit fields, Miriam has many years of diverse teaching and training experience with both small and large groups.

Miriam is a Reiki Master registered with the Canadian Reiki Association, and has been practicing for several years. She also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, and is a graduate of the Applied Information Technology Program at ITI (Information Technology Institute).
